About the Role:

We’re looking for a Production & Development Coordinator to support our design and production teams in bringing collections to life — from first sample to final delivery. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming creative ideas into finished garments.

You’ll assist with sample development, vendor coordination, costing, and production tracking while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of the production process.

What You’ll Do:

• Support production and development from concept to delivery
• Send tech packs and sample requests to factories
• Help with sourcing, costing, and vendor communication
• Maintain and update weekly WIP reports to track progress
• Manage styles and data in ERP systems
• Communicate sample comments and revisions with factories
• Coordinate salesperson samples, POs, trims, and materials
• Track timelines and deadlines across the T&A calendar

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in fashion production or development
• Experience in menswear or streetwear a plus
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel
• Experience with Fashion ERP systems (major plus)
• Familiarity with Brandboom (a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
