As a Production Coordinator in Event Production, you will support the planning and execution of event production activities from pre-production through to onsite delivery and wrap-up. You will be the operational glue that ensures timelines are met, resources are allocated, and everyone has what they need to succeed.
What You ll Do
Production Support: Assist Production Managers with timelines, crew schedules, and deliverables.
Logistics Coordination: Manage bookings, permits, equipment orders, and transportation.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date records, production schedules, and progress reports.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
On-Site Assistance: Provide hands-on support during event builds, rehearsals, and live days.
Post-Event Closeout: Assist with debriefs, inventory tracking, and reconciliation reports.
