Production Coordinator


• Have full understanding and follow all Lamprell HSES policies, procedures, and rules.

• Support managers by preparing reports, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining project-related documents.

• Keep records of documents such as recruit requests, acting supervisor/charge hand lists, TAKE 5s, and SOAP cards.

• Raise material requests (MRs) for stationery and printer consumables.

• Coordinate and schedule training for yard employees as per HSES or LATC requests.

• Organize health and awareness sessions for yard and office staff.

• Assist production engineers with raising MTAs and TMS.

• Work with yard supervisors to record weekly project times and resolve related issues.

• Help fix IT problems for the yard department such as email, ETA, PC, or Wi-Fi issues.

• Prepare yard reports using ETA and provide employee details to managers when required.

• Conduct yard surveys related to HSES, management, and employee welfare.

• Create daily and weekly manpower reports for yard projects and non-revenue work.

• Provide administrative support to production managers and other departments like Planning.

• Submit weekly exception reports to HR to ensure employees are assigned to the correct trade or discipline.

• Handle expense claims for production managers.

• Coordinate with Yard HR for promotions, NRR, and COSP requirements.

• Liaise with Time Office regarding employee leaves—annual, emergency, etc.

• Attend meetings, take minutes, and prepare MOMs.

• Book meeting rooms and arrange meetings for the production department.

• Prepare monthly sheets for acting supervisor and charge hand allowances.

• Support managers with document scanning and email communication.

• Maintain records for management walkthroughs and HSES element cards.

• Update weekly productivity audit sheets and present results monthly.


Requirements

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Physically fit and able to work in tough conditions.

Over 10 years of oil and gas industry experience, including 5 years in administration.

Proficient in MS Office with excellent teamwork and leadership abilities.

Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and managing stress effectively.
