Job Description:

We are looking for Production Coordinator. It is a critical dual role, responsible for the seamless operation of both inventory management and production processes. This position demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with demonstrable experience in a similar combined capacity within the high-end fashion industry, particularly with custom or bespoke dresses. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential. This role requires a dedicated individual capable of seamlessly transitioning between inventory and production tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and the timely creation of our exquisite dresses.

Responsibilities:

This role encompasses production assistance, requiring the following integrated skillset:

• Provide comprehensive support to the production team throughout all dress construction stages.
• Track production progress and report delays.
• Prepare and package materials for production, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure working area.
• Assist with packaging and preparing finished dresses.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Coordinator, ideally within the high-end fashion industry, specializing in custom or bespoke dresses.
• Deep understanding of dress construction, fabrics, trims, and other dress components specific to couture or high-end fashion.
• Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing member of a team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.

Requirements

• Available to start immediately
• Willing to relocate to Ajman
• Background in fashion design or garment production.
• Knowledge of fabric types and how garments should fit.
