Job Description

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to manage and coordinate client installation and fit-out activities. The role involves scheduling jobs, coordinating site teams, handling customer communication, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate installation and fit-out jobs
  • Supervise daily site activities and coordinate fit-out teams
  • Communicate with clients regarding schedules, updates, and service issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are met at all sites
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
  • Manage logistics such as material delivery and team movement
  • Maintain records and report job progress to management

Requirements

  • Experience in fit-out operations, site coordination, production coordination, or customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic knowledge of site logistics and installation workflows
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
  • Proficient in MS Excel and WhatsApp for coordination
  • UAE driving license is an advantage

Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years in fit-outs, interiors, construction, furnishings, or facility services
  • Experience with curtains, blinds, or furnishing installations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
