Job Overview
KoMiCo Phoenix is hiring a Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing, production, and quality operations in a fast-paced semiconductor service environment. This role coordinates employee training programs, maintains operational documentation, analyzes production performance metrics, and supports inventory, purchasing, and continuous improvement activities.
The Production Coordinator works closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure efficient workflow, accurate documentation, and strong operational performance.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing coordination, production support, quality systems, training coordination, inventory tracking, or operations analysis, especially those with strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage training programs for Production employees
- Create and maintain training materials, exams, and certification records
- Track and maintain Production Technician certifications
- Conduct new hire orientation for Production employees
- Perform daily and weekly analysis of production and quality metrics, including:
- Throughput
- Rework
- Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Delayed parts
- Productivity
- Production cost
- IR / NC / Repair reports
- Monitor and report urgent and delayed production parts
- Maintain and control training and operational documentation
- Track and manage replacement parts inventory
- Submit purchasing requests and research materials, tools, and equipment for Production and Quality departments
- Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify process improvements and operational inefficiencies
- Plan and execute daily assignments with minimal supervision
- Collaborate with internal departments, customers, and vendors
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Preferred Experience
- 2+ years experience in:
- Production coordination
- Manufacturing operations
- Production support
- Quality systems

- Manufacturing testing procedures
- Continuous improvement environments
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college or technical coursework preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Frequent use of hands for typing and documentation
- Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach when needed
- Ability to access stairs, ladders, and confined areas
- Ability to work in cleanroom, office, and outdoor environments
