Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production schedules for joinery, furniture, metal works, and interior components
- Review shop drawings and production drawings with engineering and production teams
- Plan manpower, materials, and machinery requirements for manufacturing
- Monitor daily production progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with procurement and store teams for materials availability
- Ensure quality control standards are followed during manufacturing
- Communicate with project managers, site teams, and factory supervisors
- Identify production issues and suggest solutions to avoid delays
- Prepare daily and weekly production reports
- Ensure safety procedures are followed in the workshop/factory
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Mechanical, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in interior fit-out or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of joinery, carpentry, metal fabrication, and finishing works
- Ability to read shop drawings and technical specifications
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD is an advantage)
