Production Coordinator in Interior Fit-Out Manufacturing Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate production schedules for joinery, furniture, metal works, and interior components
  • Review shop drawings and production drawings with engineering and production teams
  • Plan manpower, materials, and machinery requirements for manufacturing
  • Monitor daily production progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate with procurement and store teams for materials availability
  • Ensure quality control standards are followed during manufacturing
  • Communicate with project managers, site teams, and factory supervisors
  • Identify production issues and suggest solutions to avoid delays
  • Prepare daily and weekly production reports
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed in the workshop/factory

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Mechanical, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in interior fit-out or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of joinery, carpentry, metal fabrication, and finishing works
  • Ability to read shop drawings and technical specifications
  • Good planning and coordination skills
  • Computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD is an advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
