Production Coordinator (Promotional Products & Print)

About Brandit

The Brandit Agency is a fast-growing promotional products and branded merchandise company. We run national branded merch fulfillment programs for major clients, and we are scaling fast.

We are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and make this role their own. We will teach you the technical details. What we are looking for is the right mindset and the right instincts.

Who We Are Hiring

We want someone who is curious, organized, and motivated. Someone who wants to learn the business from the inside, takes ownership of their work, and gets noticeably better month over month.

You do not need years of production experience. You need to be sharp, detail-oriented, and the kind of person who likes solving problems and seeing things through. If you have a creative eye and want to be in the room where the work actually happens, keep reading.

What You'll Do

You will own the asset workflow for our client portals. You are the connective tissue between our clients, our internal account team (graphics, tech, operations), and our ecommerce platform. Your job is to keep assets moving, catch problems early, and keep our ClickUp boards organized and current.

Day-to-day, that looks like:

  • Managing the full asset intake and approval lifecycle in ClickUp
  • Communicating directly with clients to gather logos, copy, store info, and other production assets
  • Reviewing incoming files for spec compliance (dimensions, resolution, color, bleed) and flagging issues before they reach the graphics team
  • Building SKUs and product listings inside our ecommerce platform
  • Running digital proofing cycles, routing approvals, and tracking revisions
  • Keeping production timelines on track and escalating when something is at risk
  • Documenting and improving the workflows you manage as we scale

We will teach you our systems, our specs, and our process. Your job is to absorb quickly and start taking ownership.

Who You Are

  • You are a self-starter who doesn't need a lot of direction to get moving
  • You are organized and detail-oriented, and you take pride in keeping things tidy
  • You have a creative eye. Maybe you have designed in Canva, run a side project, built a Shopify store, done freelance graphics work, or just genuinely care when something looks off
  • You are comfortable on email and phone with people you don't know. You can professionally follow up with a client for a missing logo without losing momentum
  • You learn fast and ask good questions
  • You finish what you start
  • You want to grow. This role can become much more than a coordinator seat for the right person

Helpful But Not Required

  • Any experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, Notion)
  • Any exposure to design software, even at a hobbyist level (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)
  • Customer service, account coordination, or production assistant background
  • A degree in marketing, communications, design, or business is nice but not required. We care more about how you think than where you went
  • Promotional products or print industry experience is a real plus but absolutely not required

Who This Is Not For

This role is not a designer position. You will not be designing creative from scratch. If you want to be in Illustrator all day building artwork, this is the wrong fit. This role is also not a pure project manager seat. You need design eyes, not just a Gantt chart brain.

What We Offer

  • Health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Real career runway. The right person can grow into senior production, graphic design, account management, or operations leadership
  • Direct exposure to enterprise client work with major national brands
  • A team that will invest in you as you invest in the work

How to Apply

Submit your resume through Indeed. In your application, tell us in a few sentences about something you have built, organized, or fixed that you are proud of. It does not have to be a job. It can be a project, a side hustle, a club you ran, a system you set up. We want to see how you think.

That note matters to us as much as your resume.
