We’re Miami Mixed Media, a creative production company proudly rooted in the heart of Miami’s Little River business district.

For over 10 years, we’ve built a reputation as one of Miami’s most innovative print and embroidery production houses, partnering with brands, artists, and businesses to bring their ideas to life.

At MMM, we specialize in pushing the limits of screen printing, constantly developing new techniques, experimenting with textures, and refining our craft to achieve the highest level of quality and creativity.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Print Production Operations Assistant with basic graphic design capability to join our team.

This is a hybrid operations + design support role where the majority of the work focuses on production coordination, order tracking, and data entry, while also supporting the design team with artwork preparation and file organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, organization, and working behind the scenes to keep production running smoothly, but who also has experience using Adobe Illustrator in a print environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operations & Production Coordination (Primary Focus)

• 
  Enter and manage production data and job details in our production management systems
• Track incoming and outgoing orders to ensure accurate scheduling and workflow
• Maintain organized digital production folders and job documentation
• Assist with order tracking, inventory coordination, and production reporting
• Support management with production logs and operational spreadsheets
• Monitor job progress and help ensure projects stay on schedule
• Coordinate between design, production, and management teams to maintain efficiency

Design & Artwork Support (Secondary Role)

• 
  Prepare and format artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and DTF production
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to clean up, adjust, and organize files
• Assist with mockups, artwork proofing, and production-ready files
• Verify art sizing, color accuracy, and proper file formatting for production
• Maintain organized design and artwork archives

Who We’re Looking For

• 
  1–3 years experience in a production environment, graphic design role, or administrative operations role
• Strong organizational and data entry skills
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, simple formulas)
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple production tasks at once
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping systems organized, solving operational problems, and supporting a fast-paced production environment.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• 
  Experience with Printavo or other production management systems
• Knowledge of screen printing or embroidery workflows
• Familiarity with DST / embroidery file formats
• Experience working in a production shop or manufacturing environment
