What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Production Designer supporting the Live Events team, you’ll execute high-volume, high-impact creative that brings Ramsey events to life on stage, in the room, and throughout the attendee journey. This mid-level role is deeply rooted in print production execution and is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves turning creative concepts into real, physical experiences.

Once projects enter the production phase, you'll take ownership of design execution, working efficiently, quoting within budget, and partnering closely with Event Managers, Content, AV, and other Live Events disciplines. You'll help ensure creative is not only on-brand, but also practical, production-ready, and designed for the realities of live environments.

Experience with pre-production and print is a plus, but not required.

You're Probably a Match If:

• You have 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally within live events. experimental, environment, or print production-focused work.
• You're energized by designing for physical spaces and live audiences - not just screens
• You can think spatially and holistically about the attendee experience from arrival to exit
• You understand production fundamentals such as materials, finishes, paper weights, and fabrication considerations
• You have experience quoting production work, partnering with ccendors, and balancing creative vision with budget realities.
• You're comfortable owning execution during the production phase and supporting on-site needs when events are live
• You bring maturity in your communication - able to walk into meetings, quickly understand context, and contribute with confidence
• You value collaboration and approach challenges with a "curious before concerned" mindset.
• You have experience in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• You have a portfolio demonstrating print production, experiential, or environmental design work (including projects designed for physical or live-event spaces).
