PRODUCTION DESIGNER

Compensation Range: $32 - 35 per hour

We are seeking a Production Designer for a 100% production-focused role designed for a detail-oriented professional who excels at execution. In this position, you will support the Creative Services team by maintaining and updating high-volume internal assets with absolute precision and speed.

Operating strictly within established brand frameworks, you will ensure every deliverable is technically sound and visually consistent. Responsibilities:
our primary objective is to ensure brand consistency across all internal documentation. There is no creative concepting involved; this role is about technical execution.

• Template Management: Update layouts, typography, and color palettes within existing design templates.
• Asset Production: Modify and finalize brochures, manuals, and internal documents based on pre-approved designs.
• Version Control: Maintain meticulous file naming conventions and organized storage within the internal library.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure every change aligns strictly with corporate brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Pure Production: You should be comfortable working in a role that is purely execution-based rather than conceptual.
• High Accuracy: A "pixel-perfect" mindset is required to manage versioning and template updates.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of layout software (InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite) as it relates to template manipulation and typography.
• Internal Focus: This role supports internal teams and does not involve client-facing presentations.
