PRODUCTION DESIGNER

Compensation Range: $33 - 38 per hour

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Designer to join our creative team in a 100% remote capacity. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, partnering with designers, art directors, and project managers to scale high-quality assets across digital, social, and product marketing channels. The ideal candidate is an expert in design principles, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to utilize automation tools to streamline workflows and maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Asset Creation: Partner with Designers and Project Managers to produce high-quality assets for Digital, Social, Product Marketing, and CRM channels.
• Workflow Automation: Utilize and maintain internal automation tools daily to develop templates that optimize and streamline the team's daily production workflow.
• Creative Execution: Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to bring overarching creative visions to life, applying strong foundational design principles (typography, color theory, layout, and usability).
• Brand Stewardship: Become an expert on brand guidelines and strategic marketing goals, ensuring all output establishes an authentic connection with the target audience.
• Quality Assurance: Partner with external vendors to enforce strict quality control and assurance on all outsourced digital assets.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on modern marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Graphic Design with 3-5 years of relevant production design experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Experience with Figma and creative automation tools is a strong plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential, and social). Experience working with licensing or a knowledge of sports is preferred.
• Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a sharp attention to detail.
• Portfolio: A relevant portfolio demonstrating production design expertise must be provided with your application.
