Production Director

We are looking for a Production Director for our client.

Plant Location : Adana

The ideal candidate will have experience managing both a production facility and a team. They should be able to analyze each step of the manufacturing process and make effective use of resources to deliver desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and evaluate entire production process,
• Managing Daily and weekly production plan of plant and related reports according to customer demand with sales department and production department,
• Guide and ensure forecast delivery, inventory control, reserve capacity, support demand, and allocation processes in collaboration with relevant departments,
• Managing lean production activities with continuous improvement approach,
• Manage and supervise the quality, maintenance, HSE, and lean activities,
• Experienced in steel construction manufacturing, with strong knowledge of welding-based fabrication and installation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field,
• 15+ years of experience in field, 7+ years of management experience,
• Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills,
• Very strong background in lean production; Kaizen,5S,TPM,TPS etc.
• Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness, operations management, budget development and oversight Outstanding leadership capabilities, ability to communicate a compelling vision and drive results while developing a strong team.
