Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize production to meet targets and quality standards.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and improve processes.
• Coordinate raw materials with store/procurement.
• Ensure safety, QHSE compliance, and 5S practices.
• Reduce scrap, troubleshoot issues, and implement CAPA.
• Train and guide production staff.
• Recommend equipment, technology, and workflow improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, quality systems, and lean principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
