Production Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer to join our team in the Busway System division. The ideal candidate will oversee production activities, ensure adherence to quality standards, and support the smooth execution of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and schedules.
• Allocate work to production staff and monitor their performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and quality standards (ISO/IEC guidelines).
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports and submit to management.
• Collaborate with design, planning, and quality control departments for smooth workflow.
• Assist in resolving technical issues during production.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
• Maintain proper documentation of production processes, materials used, and completed projects.
• Train and guide team members in using tools, equipment, and processes effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is required.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
