What is the Main Aim of This Position?

To ensure the production is performed in comformity with the quality standards and maximum efficiency in line with the daily production plan. Improving the production efficiency through improvement/development activities and planning resource management in the most efficient way.

What we expect from you?

• Efficient utilization of the resources by pritiozing the customer expectations, and to ensure the production plan is carried out in accordance with the quality standards on time,
• To manage the production process in accordance with ISO, HACCP, BRC, Food, Environment and Labor regulations and Occupational Health and Safety rules,
• To lead the employees involved in the related production process,
• To follow and report the objectives of the production process, and lead the improvement and development activities,
• To guide the implementation of TPM activities.

Why you?

• If you hold a Bachelor’s degree from Food or Chemical Engineering,
• If you have a knowledge and use of TPM systems,
• If you are able to use MS Office programs and SAP,
• If you have good command of written and spoken English, you are the one we are searching for.
