Fabric Production Engineer

About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled Fabric Production Engineer to oversee the cutting, welding, and assembly of technical fabrics (PVC, PTFE, ETFE, etc.). You’ll ensure production quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery while maintaining safety and process standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily/weekly production schedules.
• Supervise fabric cutting, welding, sealing, and finishing operations.
• Ensure materials and products meet QA/QC and project specifications.
• Manage preventive maintenance and optimize equipment performance.
• Lead and train production teams to achieve targets efficiently.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Site Teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Textile Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in fabric or tensile structure production.
• Strong knowledge of PVC/PTFE/ETFE materials, cutting, and welding methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, patterning software (e.g., MPanel, Rhino), and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Preferred: ISO 9001, OSHA/NEBOSH, or Lean Manufacturing certification.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be currently available in Bahrain.
