• Proven experience as Production Engineer
• Organizational and leadership abilities
• Intermediate skills in MS Office
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Education:

• B.E Mechanical (required)

Experience:

• Production Engineer: 2 years (required)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare day-to-day Production Plan and Resource Plan based on Weekly Plan.
• Ensure production schedules are adhered.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Coordinate the material flow with other departments and ensure the continuity of production.
• Coordinate and maintain regular servicing and repairs
• Train new employees on safe machinery usage and following procedures
• Establish tasks for employees to ensure a clean workplace/housekeeping, this includes stocking supplies
• Responsible for Machine shop and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production, quality and maintenance activities.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any issues related to product quality or consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
