Production Engineer

We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production operations, improving processes, and ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production line.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities
• Monitor workflow and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Collaborate with design, maintenance, and quality teams to solve production issues
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Manage material flow and production data using ERP/MRP systems
• Support new product industrialization and prototype manufacturing
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment optimization efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably metal, machinery, or automotive sector)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, and assembly
• Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001) and lean methodologies
• Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
