Production Engineer

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot CNC Lathe, VMC, and conventional machines.
• Prepare and review production plans, schedules, and daily reports.
• Ensure components are manufactured as per engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams for efficient production.
• Optimize process parameters to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety rules and 5S standards.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and finished goods for quality compliance.
• Work on continuous improvement (KAIZEN, Lean Manufacturing) initiatives.

Skills Required:

• Strong mechanical knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, cutting parameters, and machining operations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, and use measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge).
• Production planning & workflow management.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality processes like ISO, 5S, SPC.
• Good communication and team coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
