Production Engineer

Role Overview

The Production Engineer is responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient operations and achievement of quality, cost, and delivery targets. This role supports process improvements, ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, and contributes to continuous enhancement of production performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production operations to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Optimize resource utilization to ensure efficiency, quality output, and cost control.
• Coordinate with production teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance, downtime, and output.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to production processes and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and enhance equipment reliability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• 3–5 years of experience in a precast or production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in production planning tools and MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
