Manage shop floor operations ensuring smooth production flow.
Manpower planning and maintaining an optimal ratio of trained vs. untrained employees.
Drive continuous improvement in production processes, focusing on reducing First Test Failure (FTF) rates.
Collect and analyze rejection data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Prepare Skill Matrix and conduct training for operators.
Maintain inventory control on the shop floor.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety protocols.
Monitor KPIs , achieve production targets, and enhance team performance through guidance and feedback.
Foster a high-performance culture and motivate team members.
Coordinate with support functions for production planning , resource allocation, and timely delivery of products.
Utilize visual management tools for effective communication and continuous improvement.
