Job Summary
To plan, monitor, and improve cable production processes by applying engineering principles, ensuring optimal efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Accountabilities

Design, evaluate, and optimize production processes to enhance operational efficiency and minimize waste.

Monitor daily production performance to ensure adherence to engineering standards, quality requirements, and key performance indicators.

Analyze process and performance data to identify the root causes of deviations, recommending and implementing effective corrective actions.

Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain product compliance.

Lead and support technical initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, cost reduction, and process innovation.

Prepare, update, and maintain engineering and production documentation to support audits, compliance, and operational transparency.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

1–3 years of experience in industrial or cable manufacturing engineering.

Safety and Quality Management training (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor is a plus)

Good command of English & Arabic

Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (advanced ERP knowledge preferred)

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Production, Maintenance, QA, Planning)
