- Education Required: BE / Diploma - Electrical
- Experience - 2 to 4 Year
- Design, develop, and optimize electrical production lines for efficiency and safety.
- Configure and commission electrical systems, panels, wiring, and control components.
- Improve cycle time, reduce downtime, and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in production equipment.
- Work with PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
- Ensure proper functioning of motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, and control panels.
- Ensure products meet electrical and safety standards (e.g., ISO, International Electrotechnical Commission).
- Perform root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive measures.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Lead electrical improvement projects from concept to implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, quality, production).
- Manage timelines, budgets, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
- Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives.
- Prepare wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and layout drawings.
- Maintain maintenance records and change management documentation.
- Train production technicians on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support during production shifts.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians.
