Production Engineer

• Education Required: BE / Diploma - Electrical
• Experience - 2 to 4 Year
• Design, develop, and optimize electrical production lines for efficiency and safety.
• Configure and commission electrical systems, panels, wiring, and control components.
• Improve cycle time, reduce downtime, and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in production equipment.
• Work with PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
• Ensure proper functioning of motors, drives, sensors, HMIs, and control panels.
• Ensure products meet electrical and safety standards (e.g., ISO, International Electrotechnical Commission).
• Perform root cause analysis for defects and implement preventive measures.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Lead electrical improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, quality, production).
• Manage timelines, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
• Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives.
• Prepare wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and layout drawings.
• Maintain maintenance records and change management documentation.
• Train production technicians on equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support during production shifts.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
