Production Engineer

• Weekly and monthly planning of job-work and work distribution according to the manpower and managing necessary resources.
• Ensure project deadlines are adequately met according to standards and requirements.
• Assisting Managers & heads in monthly & daily planning, scheduling & execution.
• Fabrication of parts under given dimensions and tolerances.
• Co-operating with the Quality dept. for implementing and developing various systems to enhance the quality as well as productivity.
• Active cooperation with all the Departments like P.P.C, QC/ QA, Store, Fabrication and Cutting for allocation & management of available resources.
• Understanding & interpretation of fabrication & assembly drawings
• Materials follow-up from store and ppc / purchase dept.
• Man-power handling and allocation of work.
• Machining & inspection of various components under given tolerances and dimensions as per machining details
• Cost reduction techniques and minimizing scrap and reworks.
• Minimize the cycle time/ lead time & to increase the productivity with quality.
• 7QC tools, Kaizen and Process control.
• Maintaining 5-S on the shop floor.
• Responsible for Maintaining Free flow of material along the Production Line.
• Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training
• Stage wise qc offering of job for Quality assurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,824.70 - ₹35,000.00 per month
