Production Engineer

Make3d.in is one of India's leading 3D printer manufacturers. We specialize in developing innovative, reliable, and affordable 3D printing machines for various industries. We're looking for a hands-on Production Engineer who will be directly involved in assembling and building our 3D printers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly Work: Assemble mechanical, electronic, and structural components of 3D printers from scratch as per technical drawings and SOPs.
• Wiring & Electronics: Handle wiring, PCB mounting, and basic electronics integration, including stepper motors, sensors, displays, and power supplies.
• Testing & Calibration: Perform initial testing, bed leveling, axis calibration, and firmware flashing to ensure proper functioning of assembled machines.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and fix assembly errors, wiring issues, or component mismatches during the production process.
• Quality Checks: Inspect the build at various stages to ensure machines meet quality and safety standards before final dispatch.
• Documentation: Maintain daily production logs, component usage records, and assembly checklists.
• Coordination: Work closely with R&D and inventory teams to report issues, suggest improvements, and manage parts requirements.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in hardware assembly and mechanical/electrical components.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, and reading circuit diagrams.
• Familiarity with 3D printers is a strong plus (training provided if not).
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Freshers with strong practical skills are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
