Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to oversee and coordinate the production operations for façade and aluminum systems in our Riyadh facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aluminum fabrication, curtain wall systems, unitized panels, and related façade components. The role requires close coordination with design, planning, and project teams to ensure high-quality output, timely delivery, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily production activities for aluminum and façade systems in the factory.
• Review production drawings and ensure fabrication aligns with approved designs and specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet project timelines and delivery targets.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams for smooth workflow and material availability.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials for maximum efficiency.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure all products meet required standards before dispatch.
• Identify and resolve production issues, technical challenges, and bottlenecks.
• Maintain documentation for production reports, quality records, and material traceability.
• Enforce safety procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement in the production facility.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in aluminum and façade production, preferably within the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum systems such as curtain wall, unitized, cladding, and doors/windows.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and fabrication details.
• Hands-on experience with production planning tools and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of international façade standards and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with CNC, cutting, and assembly machinery used in aluminum fabrication.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and process optimization.
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred for site and factory coordination.
