Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to oversee and manage factory production activities related to aluminum systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and façade elements. The candidate will ensure efficient production planning, quality control, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise daily production activities in the aluminum and façade factory
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for production schedules
• Ensure quality standards and technical specifications are met
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material usage
• Monitor fabrication processes such as cutting, CNC, assembly, and glazing
• Implement safety standards and continuous improvement practices
• Prepare production reports and progress updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in aluminum or façade manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles, curtain wall systems, and fabrication methods
• Experience with ERP / production planning software is an advantage
• Good communication and team management skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects

Preferred Skills:

• AutoCAD / Technical Drawing knowledge
• Lean Manufacturing / Process Improvement
• Quality Control & Factory Workflow Management
