Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to oversee factory production activities related to aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and façade elements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production planning, quality control, and timely delivery in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities in aluminum and façade fabrication.
• Review shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation in production.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor material usage and control production costs.
• Lead and manage production staff and supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in aluminum and façade production.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized systems, cladding, and aluminum fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
