Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to oversee factory production activities related to aluminum systems, curtain walls, cladding, and façade elements. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production planning, maintain quality standards, and support timely project delivery in line with technical specifications and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations related to aluminum and façade fabrication.
• Review shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation during the production process.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and minimize material waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Monitor material consumption and support cost control in production activities.
• Lead and manage production staff, supervisors, and factory teams.
• Resolve production-related technical issues and maintain productivity targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in aluminum and façade production within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized systems, cladding, and aluminum fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
