Job Opening – Production Engineer

Location: Bachau / Gujarat (Plant)
Experience: 3–6 Years (in Production / Manufacturing)
Qualification:Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimal utilization of resources.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices to improve process efficiency.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and apply Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) to minimize defects.
• Collaborate with design, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve production targets.
• Monitor compliance with ISO standards, workplace safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Coordinate preventive & predictive maintenance to reduce machine downtime.
• Prepare production reports and maintain data using ERP/Zoho systems.

Technical Skills:

• Welding: SMAW, MIG, TIG, Submerged Arc
• Cutting & Shearing: Hydraulic Press, Pug Machine, Hand Cutting
• Machines: Tube Bending, Notching, Spot Welding, TMT Fabrication, Punching Machines
• Material Handling: Gantry Crane, Forklift, EOT Crane
• Surface Treatment: Shot Blasting, Epoxy/Normal Painting, Hot Dip Galvanizing
• CAD/CAM: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX – 2D/3D design, product development
