About the Company: Brush Manufacturing Industry

Location: Gorwa – BIDC, Vadodara

Working Hours:

• 12-hour shifts
• Overtime will be paid as per company policy

Qualification

• Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
• Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor
• Monitor machine performance and support preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain production records and prepare basic reports
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Coordinate with senior engineers and supervisors for process improvements
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical issues in production equipment

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in long shifts and adapt to production schedules
• Team player with good communication skills
