Production Engineer - GRC

Duties and responsibilities

· Monitor and execute GRC production processes according to standard specifications.

· Improve and develop production lines to increase efficiency and quality.

· Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

· Coordinate with design, quality and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.

· Prepare and present regular reports on production, performance and supply.

· Develop accurate production and supply schedules to meet market demands and factory plans.

· Prepare materials requests and ensure materials comply with required specifications.

· Utilize production management and planning software to enhance workflow and reporting.

· Adhere to safety and environmental procedures within the factory.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 3-5 5 years’ experience in GRC production

· Good Knowledge of GRC Technologies and materials

· Experience in GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum) and gypsum works is a plus.

· Proficient in using related software.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to solve production issues.
