About the Company

We are a leading manufacturer of Low Voltage (LV) switchgear and control panels, delivering high-quality, compliant, and reliable electrical distribution solutions for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.

We are seeking a highly experienced Production Engineer/ Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, ensure operational excellence, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in line with ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations Management

• Plan, organize, and oversee LV panel production activities.
• Ensure timely execution of projects according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Optimize manpower allocation, workflow, and production schedules.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and cost control.

Technical Oversight

• Supervise assembly of LV switchgear, MCC, PCC, DBs, and control panels.
• Ensure compliance with IEC standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering and QA/QC teams for technical clarifications.

Safety Management

• Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe working practices in electrical assembly and testing areas.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
• Maintain a zero-incident production environment.

Quality & ISO 9001 Compliance

• Lead implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 Quality Management System .
• Ensure production documentation and traceability.
• Manage internal audits and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor production supervisors, technicians, and assembly staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and skills development plans.
• Promote a teamwork and accountability culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in LV panel manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing production teams.
• Strong knowledge of:
• LV switchgear assembly & busbar systems
• IEC standards
• Routine testing procedures
• Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 implementation and audits.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
