Production Engineer – Marble

• Oversee daily marble production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with drafting, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate production planning and material availability.
• Review shop drawings, cutting lists, and production schedules for accuracy and feasibility.
• Supervise production teams, fabricators, and machine operators to ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Implement production QC checks and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and meet project timelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and update management on progress and challenges.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company HSE policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field).
• Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience in marble, stone, or fit-out production.
• Strong knowledge of marble fabrication processes, cutting machines, polishing, and installation techniques.
• Excellent coordination and supervisory skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a factory environment (marble/stone).
• Familiarity with lean production practices.
