Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Day Off: Friday

Joy & Learn is a leading company in manufacturing and supplying educational equipment and office furniture. We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer with solid expertise in wooden & metal office furniture production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production processes for wooden and metal office furniture.
• Manage upholstery, wooden finishing, and metal coating/painting operations.
• Ensure quality standards, efficiency, and timely delivery of production.
• Coordinate with production teams and provide technical support.
• Monitor materials usage and reduce production waste.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in office furniture production (wood & metal).
• Strong knowledge in upholstery, wooden finishing, and metal painting .
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
