Post: Production Engineer

Location : Vapi, Gujarat

Qualification : Degree/Diploma – Cipet / Engg

Experience : 3+ Yrs (Plastic Recycling Industry)

Salary : Best in the Industry

Job Profile :

1. Assist in recycling of plastic wastes, including collection, sorting, shredding, washing, drying, and melts extrusion

2. Support Manager in optimizing recycling processes to increase yield and reduce waste

3. Maintain daily production logs, machine performance records, and material usage

4. Day to day interaction as per incoming, in process, final inspection and pre dispatch inspection.

5. Ensure operations follow plant safety guidelines and environmental regulations

6. Maintain and update essential documentation such as SOPs and work instructions

7. Prior experience in recycling industrial plastic waste into high-quality polymer granules (HDPE).

* Plastic Recycling

* Plastic Compounding

* Master batch Manufacturing
