Job Summary

Production Engineer with experience in precast concrete manufacturing and production operations. Responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring quality standards, achieving production targets, and coordinating with QA/QC, planning, and site teams for smooth factory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily precast concrete production activities in the factory/casting yard.
• Monitor mould preparation, reinforcement fixing, concrete pouring, and demoulding activities.
• Ensure production is carried out according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with QA/QC department for inspections and quality compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of precast elements.
• Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and production resources effectively.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, and site teams for dispatch and erection schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain proper documentation related to production activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in precast concrete production in UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of precast production processes and factory operations.
• Familiarity with UAE construction and safety standards.
