2M PLAST Group, a leading manufacturer in the PVC industry, specializing in extrusion and injection molding, is looking for a talented and experienced Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality production, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules to meet targets.
• Supervise and monitor extrusion and injection molding operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Track and analyze machine performance and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and reporting.

Requirements:

• -5+ years of hands-on experience in PVC extrusion & injection molding.
• -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• -Strong knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
• -Skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and process control.
• -Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
