• Enhance product development and integrate innovative equipment
• Lead quality troubleshooting initiatives with root cause analysis
• Collaborate efficiently with departments such as QA and customer service
• Focus on skill development and departmental effectiveness
• Take on further duties as the role progresses

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related area
• 7+ years experience advancing through bottling or production roles
• Strong ability to mentor teams within a high-demand setting
• Deep knowledge of safety regulations, ensuring full OSHA compliance
• Documented success leading initiatives for continuous improvement
• Outstanding organizational and strategic planning skills
• Experience in alcoholic beverages, CPG, and supply chain environments preferred
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is desirable
• Capable of working night shifts
