We are looking for a motivated Production Executive to support the Production Manager in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient manufacturing operations. This role focuses on managing day-to-day production activities, monitoring team performance, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the production team in daily operations.
• Ensure production activities comply with safety, quality (ASTM), and environmental guidelines.
• Monitor production KPIs and report performance to the Production Manager.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to support operational efficiency.
• Support production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Escalate operational issues and improvement opportunities to the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production, preferably in activated carbon or chemical manufacturing.
• Experience in team supervision and operational coordination.
• Solid knowledge of safety, quality standards (ASTM), and production processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English
