Responsibilities:

  • Production Management:Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient utilization of resources.
  • Process Optimization:Identify and implement improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Quality Control:Enforce and maintain quality standards throughout the production process, from raw material sourcing to finished product packaging.
  • Inventory Management:Track and manage raw material and finished product inventory to ensure adequate supply and prevent stockouts.
  • Safety Compliance:Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines in the workplace.
  • Team Leadership:Supervise and train production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
  • Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of production activities, including raw material usage, production yields, and quality control data.
  • Problem Solving:Identify and resolve production issues in a timely and effective manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:Previous experience in a spice manufacturing or food processing environment is highly desirable.
  • Education:A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Food Science, Engineering) is often preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.

Pay: ₹20,277.69 - ₹34,446.65 per month
