We are Hiring:

Production Foreman (Steel Fabrication / Cut & Bend)

We are seeking a dedicated Production Foreman to supervise and manage shop floor operations in our steel fabrication (cut & bend) facility.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in rebar processing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards.

*Requirements:

- Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related field) preferred

- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or production (cut & bend / steel fabrication environment)

- 3–5 years of experience preferred in a similar role within steel fabrication

- Good knowledge of:

Rebar grades, sizes, and shapes

Cutting and bending machinery

Steel reinforcement processes

- Strong verbal communication skills to guide and instruct workers

- Multilingual ability (Arabic, English, Hindi) is an advantage

*Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and delivery deadlines

- Allocate manpower and resources efficiently for smooth operations

- Ensure rebar cutting and bending as per approved drawings and specifications

- Monitor product quality, minimize waste, and optimize material usage

- Inspect finished products before dispatch and maintain production records

- Coordinate with Production Engineer and other departments for workflow efficiency

- Enforce HSE standards, ensure PPE compliance, and promote safe work practices

- Report incidents, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions
