PRODUCTION HEAD CHEF

The Production Head Chef is responsible for all production activities of the company, across all production sections and all shifts, including but not limited to hot kitchen, cold kitchen, prep, sauces, batching, butchery, packing, and any production-related bakery coordination. This role owns production output, consistency, quality, yields, cost control, and compliance with company standards. The Production Head Chef is accountable for what is produced, how it is produced, and the cost at which it is produced.
