REQUIREMENTS

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Lead and supervise a team of skilled workers, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations.

Monitor production quality through regular inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.

Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure alignment on project requirements and schedules.

Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement of materials to meet production demands.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production costs.

Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production environment.

Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation for management review.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production management role within the fitout and joinery industry.

Strong understanding of joinery processes, materials, and industry standards.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
