Job Title: Production Incharge – Interior & Joinery

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day joinery and interior production activities in the workshop.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, material specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project teams to align production with project requirements.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials for efficient output.
• Monitor quality standards during production and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure health, safety, and housekeeping standards are maintained within the production facility.
• Maintain production reports, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Train, guide, and supervise production staff and workers to improve performance and efficiency.
• Liaise with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of joinery items.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Interior Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in joinery/interior fit-out production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, machines, tools, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
