Mugshei Pvt. Ltd. is a growing packaging company specializing in custom packaging and printing solutions. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Incharge to manage day-to-day production operations and ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Job Summary

The Production Incharge will oversee packaging production processes, coordinate with the design and sales teams, and ensure smooth workflow from order confirmation to final dispatch. Basic knowledge of graphic software is required to review and manage packaging designs before production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities related to packaging and printing
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
• Coordinate with designers regarding dielines, artwork, and print files
• Review basic design files using graphic software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Photoshop)
• Monitor quality control and packaging standards
• Manage inventory of raw materials and coordinate procurement when needed
• Handle production team and maintain discipline on the production floor
• Ensure proper machine handling and workflow efficiency

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in packaging production (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of graphic software (Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW / Photoshop)
• Understanding of packaging materials and printing processes
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
