Position: Production Manager (Wood Work – Kitchen, Wardrobe & Furniture)

Location: DHA Phase 4, Lahore

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Production Manager (Wood Work) with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end production of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and custom furniture. The candidate must ensure efficient production planning, quality control, and timely project delivery with strong knowledge of materials, machinery, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise daily production operations of woodwork items
• Handle production of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and custom furniture
• Ensure timely completion of orders as per project deadlines
• Monitor and maintain quality standards at all stages of production
• Coordinate with design, sales, and site teams for smooth workflow
• Manage cutting lists, material utilization, and wastage control
• Supervise factory staff, carpenters, and machine operators
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control
• Maintain production reports and track daily output

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in woodwork production
• Strong experience in kitchen, wardrobe, doors, and furniture manufacturing
• Good understanding of materials (MDF, plywood, laminates, veneer, hardware, etc.)
• Knowledge of cutting plans and production workflows
• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines under pressure
• Basic understanding of technical drawings and shop drawings
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with modular kitchen/wardrobe systems
• Knowledge of factory machinery (panel saw, edge bander, CNC, etc.)
• Ability to control costing and production efficiency

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
