Ensure routine patrol inspection of manufacturing and assembly processes; verify non-conformances or problems in jobs in progress.
Ensure product compliance with drawings and specifications.
Ensure that employees follow safety requirements properly.
Highlight improvements and suggestions related to quality and productivity.
Implement and maintain safety regulations as per organizational requirements.
Possess knowledge of standards for tools and components used in inspection.
Implement various production processes such as Kaizen, 5S, etc.
Oversee inspection and testing requirements for programming and software updates.
Support the QC team in inspection and testing, and highlight and close observations.
The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior-level position.
