Production Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Lead to oversee daily production operations within our fast-paced factory environment. In this role, you will coordinate production activities, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and lead a team of production workers to achieve operational excellence. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with assembly lines and warehouse operations will drive efficiency and continuous improvement across the production facility. Duties

• Supervise daily production activities on the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels within the warehouse, ensuring proper storage and movement of materials
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with all safety regulations in the manufacturing facility
• Train new team members on equipment operation, assembly procedures, and safety practices
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime during shifts

Experience

• Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with a strong understanding of assembly line operations
• Hands-on mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery
• Prior warehouse experience including forklift operation certification is highly desirable
• Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools in an industrial setting
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and quick problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety standards relevant to manufacturing environments is essential
